| About Me: | Mr. Burns graduated with a degree in fine art at the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1982 with an emphasis in painting and printmaking. His sense of realism comes from extended studies in intaglio etching and life drawing. Mr. Burns studied with noted sculpture Jack Zajak and painter Mary Holmes. Influenced and inspired by both contemporary and classical painters including Goya, Tadema, Titian, and Albrect Durer.
Mr. Burns has done many corporate and private art installations throughout the country. The artist lives in Twain Harte California with his wife and seven children. |
